How to submit an enhancement request.
In order to submit and enhancement or report request for Softbase 3.0, you will need to have a customer portal account. You can request to join the portal if you do not already have an account, otherwise you will need to login. After logging in, from the homepage you will select Community.
Then, you will choose "Add topic" and submit your request with applicable detail. Once submitted, it will be posted for review by the product management team as well as other Softbase users of the community. When addressed, you will be notified that your request is being implemented and what release it will be available in.
