- Statement Report Changes
- The red section below is the new invoice aging section that will print after each customer.
- The blue section is the new, optional Applied Payments section that prints after the aging section.
- The green section is where finance charge information will print. Finance charges are calculated based on the information entered in the branch record. Also, finance charges are calcualted on finance charges.
- The black section is the new, optional Comments.
474 Statement Changes
a. Due Date and Past Due - the system will now use the terms associated with the invoice to calculate the Invoice Due Date. Then we will use the calculated Due Date to calculate the number of days the invoice is Past Due based on the date the statements are run as of. This is the gray section below.
b. The red invoice aging section now uses the Past Due days to calculate the aging buckets.
