Hello All,  

Several months ago I requested a text feature that may enable our customer to receive awareness text to phone for all field, shop services and rentals.  Text to phone; customer awareness on beginning and completed forklift repairs.  Also a dispatch ETA text notification.  This would handle communication for dispatch representative and help assure clear communication.
