We have discovered that when using the REPLICATE button on Customer Setup, the parts pricing is an element that does not get replicated.

We generally only use the REPLICATE button to add additional ship-to locations or similar national account customer types that require the same parts pricing.

The parts pricing is one element that is cumbersome to enter, and therefore one of the elements that REPLICATE would be desirable for.  We feel this is a bug in the program that element is not replicating.

Please consider fixing that element to also replicate, or please let us know if there is a purpose for intentionally having that element not replicate so we will have awareness.

On a similar note, a new idea that would be tremendously helpful is to see pricing or at least see an identifying moniker for "discounts apply" when viewing the Parts tab in Customer Setup.

Currently a user must click the drop-down lists to see if the customer has discounted pricing.
