Requesting that Softbase add a block that will not allow deleting labor entries prior to the current date range.

We go to great lengths to verify that our payroll hours match to Softbase since technician labor hours are an inventory item.

When processing payroll we reconcile tech hours to Softbase, then we push out the  date range on the Doc #s/Dates tab in Department Setup to prevent changes.

Just yesterday our dispatcher deleted some time that was for 6/30/21, intending to split it up onto 2 different invoices.  The program would not allow him to re-enter the labor dated 6/30 because that date was in a pay period that has been closed.  He was able to delete the hours dated 6/30, but could not add them back dated 6/30 because our Doc #s/Dates in Department Setup have been moved forward to a new date range.
