We have had an issue with technicians sometime completing work orders on the mobile app with no signatures. This causes an issue because it then does not send that work order to the doc center for processing by the parts and service personnel. Is there an update we can release that will not let you complete a work order in the mobile app without a signature saved? This would help with work orders being completed but not being processed due to them not being sent to the doc center.
