As our business grows, we are finding it more time consuming to review and get work orders invoiced. Reading every work order and correcting grammar and punctuation is a daunting task. I was curious how others are handling the workload? Is there a specific program that works well with Softbase for comment corrections? Is there something that could be offered to our technicians such as speech to text for the initial write up of job comments? I would also like to offer a tool to my dispatch managers who are responsible for reviewing technician comments before they are submitted to accouting for final billing. I've heard of Grammarly and ChatGPT, but was curious to know if one program worked better than the other for our situation? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
